Return & Refund Policy

Coverage: Online and in-store purchases within Kenya and the EAC region
1 Eligible Products
Genuine Mitsubishi parts, accessories, and fluids sold directly by Al Habtoor Autoparts.
Items must be in unused, resalable condition with original packaging, labels, and tamper-evident seals intact.
Electrical components, special-order items, and software-coded ECUs are final sale unless defective on arrival.
2 Return Window
14 calendar days from date of delivery or in-store collection.
For warranty claims (manufacturing defect only), the window extends to 12 months from invoice date unless OEM terms specify longer.
3 Return Process
Email habtoorkenya@gmail.com with order number, part number, and reason for return.
Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number within one business day.
Ship or deliver the item to the Returns Desk, Al Habtoor Autoparts, Mombasa Road, Nairobi. Freight is prepaid by the customer unless the item was shipped in error or arrived damaged.
Inspection completed within 48 hours of receipt; approval or rejection email follows.
4 Refunds & Restocking
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
A 15 % restocking fee applies to non-defective returns to cover re-inspection and warehousing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5 Rejected Returns
Items failing inspection (used, missing parts, damaged packaging) are held for 14 days pending customer collection; unclaimed goods are disposed of responsibly.
