Orders placed Mon–Fri before 14:00 EAT ship the same day; later orders ship next business day.
Special-order or back-ordered parts display the lead-time estimate at checkout (typically 7–10 days).

Auto-calculates rates by weight/volumetric weight.
Duties/taxes on cross-border shipments are payable by the receiver unless pre-arranged DDP.
4 Tracking & Proof of Delivery
A tracking link is emailed upon dispatch. Deliveries require signature or PIN to ensure chain of custody.
5 Loss, Damage & Delays
Risk transfers on customer signature. Report transit damage within 24 hrs with photo evidence for courier claim initiation.
Delays caused by customs, force majeure, or incorrect addresses are outside our control; we will, however, assist with status updates.
