1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing alhabtoor-parts.co.ke or purchasing from Al Habtoor Autoparts Ltd you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any referenced policies (Return, Shipping, Privacy).

3 Product Information & Pricing
We strive for accuracy, but typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if pricing is incorrect. Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings and include VAT unless indicated otherwise.
4 Order Acceptance
An order is only binding once we issue a written Order Confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected reselling without prior written consent.
5 Payments & Security
We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and approved credit accounts. Card data are processed via PCI-DSS certified banks; we do not store full card details.
6 Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in OEM documentation, products are provided “as-is” with implied warranties limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to 12 months against manufacturing defects.
7 Limitation of Liability
Al Habtoor Autoparts Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use, beyond the purchase price of the item in question.
8 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos on this site are property of Al Habtoor Autoparts Ltd or its licensors. No reproduction or commercial use is allowed without written permission.
9 Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall first undergo good-faith negotiation; unresolved matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Kenya, Nairobi Commercial Division.
11 Amendments
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
